EmpowerHer Society is a 6-month journey designed to help women of color reclaim their power, prioritize their well-being, and build healthy relationships. Our sessions are focused on themes such as self-love, personal power, and self-care. Each session includes reflective exercises, guided meditations, and community discussions, all led through a trauma-informed lens.

 

Session Structure

Two calls per month:
1. Content Call: Dive deep into the month’s theme with reflection exercises,
guided meditation, and actionable steps.
2. Coaching Call: A live coaching session where women can take a “love
seat” to explore personal topics and receive direct guidance from Jennifer
Nicole, along with community support.
